The owner-operator contacts dispatch to discuss his or her availability for the week, including any planned time off or specific scheduling preferences.

Dispatch provides best load options based on the owner-operator's preferences and communicates them through the Driver App messenger or phone call if further details need to be discussed.

Once the owner-operator agrees on a load, it is assigned to him or her and all pick up and delivery is made available in the Driver App.

Upon arrival at the pick-up location, the owner-operator records the check in time and check-out time in the Driver App to track detention and provide status updates for efficient planning.

When the owner-operator arrives at the delivery location, he or she enters the check-in and check-out time using the Driver App, enabling dispatch to assign the next load.

The owner-operator can easily submit all necessary documents using the Driver App scanner to send the Proof of Delivery in seconds.

After going through so much on the road and with various trucking companies, we realized we needed to create a business that was built to lift up the drivers who make it all happen. We started this new venture in 2013 and have had very low owner - operator turnover over the years. Our unique approach to how we treat owner-operators is why we’ve been so successful. We are fully engaged in the day-to-day operation of the company, as we want to make sure everyone who works for us is getting what is expected.
